We are recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of one of our well known clients. You will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Legal Department and up to 2 other Directors with a proposed split of approximately 75% Legal Department and remainder for other Directors. Demonstrating excellent IT and customer service skills, diligent, organized and a team player.
Acquisition Services Senior Associate
This person will assist in the delivery of acquisition projects to further the inorganic growth of the Group. This person will work as an SME on smaller projects and in a supporting capacity on larger projects, to ensure the end-to-end management, review, documentation, approval, and implementations of acquisitions are delivered for all parties. They will also collect, analyse, and present data on historic acquisitions and work on other finance related projects when required.
This role is likely to suit someone studying/looking to study for a finance qualification with great communication skills and a pro-active work ethos.
Compliance Monitoring Officer
The role of the Compliance Monitoring Officer is to provide a file review service to the clients.
The file reviews will mainly be for medium to large financial services businesses.
The Compliance Monitoring Officer will be responsible for providing feedback to clients with reference to files reviewed and compliance issues raised, along with developing and maintaining a professional relationship with the clients.
Flexible working is available; however, the candidate must be able to travel to the Manchester office as and when required.
Talent Acquisition Specialist
This position will support the full hiring cycle from raising and qualifying a requisition, liaising with external partners, candidates, and internal stakeholder to processing offers. Working closely with, and reporting into, the Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to support delivery of resourcing activity in the professional services industry across the region – UK, Ireland, Channel Island, and Middle East.
