Office Administrator – Vilamoura
We’re looking for an organised, detail-oriented, and proactive administrator to join our team based in Vilamoura. You’ll be at the heart of the business, ensuring our office runs smoothly and supporting the team in delivering first-class recruitment services across the Algarve.
What you’ll do:
- Handle daily administrative tasks (emails, scheduling, document management).
- Support consultants with candidate communication and interview coordination.
- Prepare job adverts and manage postings across platforms.
- Maintain databases, records, and CRM systems.
- Assist with invoicing, contracts, and general office organisation.
- Be a first point of contact for clients and candidates.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (experience with CRM systems is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- A positive, proactive team player.
- Fluency in English required; Portuguese an advantage.
