Recruitment Consultant – Vilamoura
We are looking for an experienced consultant to join our team based in the Algarve.

What you’ll do:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Take detailed job briefs and write engaging job adverts.
- Use job boards, LinkedIn, and networking to attract top talent.
- Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and support both sides through the hiring process.
- Represent Algarve Staff in the local business community.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or sales is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with people at all levels.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles at once.
- Knowledge of the Algarve market is a plus.
- Fluency in English required; Portuguese an advantage.
